In our Maritime Law class, we discuss how all bills are prepaid and the process behind this. Here's how we can incorporate this process with essential needs such as cellular, internet, cable, water, gas, electricity and light bills. Each country should have free physiological needs supplied by government.
An investment to create these companies are needed, as well as the resources.

As this process rolls out, simultaneously, a new body of law should be established to replace the current outdated one. This will be the new constitution.

The idea behind Agenda 2030 is to clean up each country, bring awareness to the United Nations and to create a new bridge for each country to interact with each other. As shown above, the Maritime Law Handbook is giving an outline of a government structure. The topics outlined within the Handbook will slightly vary for each country due to culture and lifestyle. This is where the customization comes in. Citizens can individually choose a topic to advocate for that they are passionate about and create a nation-wide movement by using #SymbolismMatters. We also lay out how a smooth transition from old government to new government can be applied.
